• 3 copies of your birth certificate (must have official seal)
• 1x1 photo of your child's face (no sunglasses or hats)
• Photocopy of proof of residency (utility bill/mortgage statement or lease agreement)
• Make 2 copies of player contract
• Physicals and Report Cards due by equipment distribution (date to be determined)

All of San Diego Youth Football AYF teams will be moving to the following format for teams as of now. (NOTE: This format is subject to change.)

Jr Midget	7th	11,12,13	none
Midget	8th	12,13,14	none

No Older but Lighters. Kids may play up, they cannot play down.
Age determined by player's age before Dec 31st. Flag will not have Division playoffs.
We will have Cheer for all divisions also.
